No doubts AxMod is back in the game this year. Barely a month after the release of the Groove-infused «Decemood», Parisian-born producer – real-name Foucault Jannin – is already back with another underground banger, out today.
Named “Triumphant” this powerful and yet progressive piece delivers its promise. Confirming once again the extent of AxMod’s talent. The 5-minutes journey fuses sumptuous breaks, accompanied by charming organ-inspired synths, and energetic drops. Furnished with a mission to produce “music to make people swoon”, AxMod cooked the whole with glittering drums and heavy kicks. The result is quite exquisite !

As a classically trained pianist from the age of six, Foucault drew inspiration from a myriad of sources including Cassius, Alan Braxe, Modjo, Breakbot or Daft Punk, quickly honing his own inimitable style and loaded with an eager ambition to undertake his own ‘musical universe’. From fun- fuelled remixes (for the likes of Chromeo, Saint Germain, Florence & The Machine, Major Lazer and Justin Timberlake to name just a few) to his own unique original productions, it’s always a pleasure to see AxMod pushing his bundaries and experimenting new musical genres. What’s next for the French producer ?
