With a penchant for the dance and everything soul, Melbourne-based Tentendo’s fusion of shuffled grooves and funky basslines form a solid bedrock foundation for his brand of House. For him, music has always been the perfect creative release, and the perfect vessel to transport positivity from the studio to the dancefloor.
Having made waves with his past releases – Complex, Pilerats, Earmilk or MixMag for the press, Martin Garrix, Shazam, Spinnin’ Records, Spotify or Amazon for the playlists and Triple J for the radio side – Tentendo is now ready to strike again with ‘Ride’, a collaboration with fellow Australian artist R.ICO.
Watch 'Ride' :
Inspired heavily by the soulection/R’n’B movement of the rising 2010’s, “Ride” emulates a vibe and good feeling which resonate from the first seconds of the song. As usual, the track is filed with Tentendo’s trademark : shuffled grooves and funky bass-lines.
Just released with its music video directed by 76M Films, ‘Ride’ is part of a series of visuals imagined by Tentendo, where we follow the story of an alien in his journey to find acceptance & understanding – letting dance lead the way. After Alien Josh in “Function”, it is now time for Alien Hena to be revealed.
To be continued…
