Having caught the attention with her latest offerings ‘Bubble Gum’ and ‘Dolce Vita’, Vancouver-based artist Rozie now pursues her rise with another astonishing single named ‘Iridescent’ – a fresh, laid-back slice of Pop/R&B which comes as the dose of positivity we all need right now…
“Iridescent’ is actually about COVID, focusing on the positive throughout these long two years, seeing life through an Iridescent lens and taking the opportunity to get creative”, she details.
Produced by fellow Canadian Waspy from DiRTY RADiO, the track perfectly combines Rozie’s gentle vocals with warm bassline, catchy guitar riffs and pristine melody.
Listen 'Iridescent':
Paige ‘Rozie’ Morgan is a blooming singer/songwriter whose sun-tinged R&B sound seeks to convey the best aspects of her bubbly personality.
Her passion for music started very young, as she begged her parents for piano lessons, eventually completing her royal conservatory certification. Not long after, she signed up for a local singing competition, and won at just 13 years of age. She continued to compete as a vocalist, eventually signing with a local label at 16 and putting out her first album at 20. Despite these achievements, Rozie strived to continue developing herself and began working with producer Waspy (DiRTY RADiO). The two ignited a lightning like chemistry that manifested a new and unique style. Subconsciously drawing influences from artists like Erykah Badu, Tom Misch, SZA or Alicia Keys to name just a few; Rozie blends multiple sounds together while injecting a brand new spin all her own.
