British electronic duo Gorgon City has finally released their highly anticipated new album, “Salvation”, available July 21st on EMI.
The album features an impressive track called “Pose” featuring vocals from the up-and-coming US artist NEZ. This song has been a staple in Gorgon City‘s live performances throughout the year and comes with an accompanying music video showcasing their recent Red Rocks performance as well as remixes from Major League DJz and Carlita.
Gorgon City, known for their unique fusion of bass-driven house music and captivating vocals, showcase their artistic versatility on “Salvation”. The album starts with the delicate and melodic house banger “Wreckage”, featuring elegant vocals from Julia Church. It continues with the disco-infused club anthem “Voodoo” and the blissful house groover “Lost & Found”, which features sumptuous vocal melodies from DRAMA. Both “Voodoo” and “Lost & Found” have garnered significant attention, with “Voodoo” making its way onto BBC Radio 1’s playlist and the Official UK Singles Chart.

Other standout tracks on the album include “City of Angels” and “Remember the Days” with powerful vocals from Jelani Blackman and Selah Sol, respectively. The album concludes on a high note with the brooding UK garage-influenced masterpiece, “Should’ve Known”.
To celebrate the album launch, Gorgon City performed a special show at London’s renowned KOKO venue on June 20th, featuring guest appearances and a full live recording.
Having already established themselves as one of the most sought-after acts in the industry, Gorgon City has achieved tremendous success in recent years, with numerous BRIT-certified singles and over one and a half billion collective streams.
