Synth-Pop Duo Rosa Ama Drops Night Version Of ‘Oku’

Electronic synth-pop duo Rosa Ama are now back with their highly anticipated “Oku” (Night Version) single via Casablanca Sunset Records.

The release comes after sharing both of their previous Rosa Ama singles, “Ethers” and “Lost on the People”, on Casablanca Sunset. However, the ‘Day Version’ of Oku was released in July of last summer on Kitsuné Musique as their debut single.

Listen 'Oku (Night Version)' :

Rosa Ama is a collaboration between Berlin-based British songwriter David Harks and Belgian producer Vhyce. The two formed Rosa Ama in 2019 as a studio-based production project that evokes the spirits of classic uplifting soulful house with a nod to contemporary disco, electronica and pop.

On Oku Night, the duo navigates between smooth synth pop and funky house. Their cleverly crafted creation is highlighted by Harks’ buoyant soft falsetto vocal and Vhyce’s euphoric Ibiza inspired beats. Each delivering their own unique melodies melded together into one bouncy and groovy house single.
