The original version of the track is regarded by many as one of the most coveted Nigeran funk records of the 1980s. On Valentine’s Day release, KOWL aimed to bring new life to this classic in an effort to spread love and awareness. Referencing the original song’s space-age sound effects and inventive instrumentation, KOWL cleans up the song’s rhythm section and production so that it’s ready for the dancefloor and DJs worldwide.
