The first offering from Secret Rendezvous to arrive via Kraak & Smaak’s Boogie Angst imprint was the single ‘Back in The Day’ which proved to be an instant hit with serious support from those in the know.

Long considered to be specialists in sweet and sultry slow jams, their own brand of indie RnB is a lush fusion of lo-fi bedroom sounds with polished pop aesthetics. On new single ‘Your Love’ singer/songwriter Sietske Morsch and producer/guitarist Remi Lauw once again combine to deadly effect, going straight for your heartstrings with a track for the lovers and the late hours.
‘Your Love’ is the second track to be taken from the bands forthcoming ‘Back in the Day EP’ due for release at the end of January, which will feature four originals from the band.

And indeed once you’ve got your ears around this track once it’s easy to see what all the fuss is about and goes some way to explaining how their releases notched up over 1 million streams to date and gained support from Pharrell Williams on Beats 1, Jamz Supernova on BBC 1Xtra, MTV, 3FM and NPO Radio 2.
