‘Horchata’ Spotlights New Disco Talents, Incl. LOG & More

Following the previous releases on theBasement Discos, the spanish label premieres its fifth digital reference so far this year under the name HORCHATA, perfect nomenclature to reflect a summer full of fresh sounds and good vibes.

The album is composed of 7 tracks, in a compilation format, in which international artists have participated, such as the Irishman George Feely, with ‘There’s Never Been’, an edit of a Kenix ft Bobby Youngblood classic that will surely sound to many.

Also compiled are the French producer LOG, with ‘Storm Is Coming’, the Belgian Olivier Verhaeghe with ‘Sometimes’, the French-duo based in Poland Yorüba with ‘AfroPrl’, or Domscott with ‘Electric Bogaloo’, the UK producer & DJ with current headquarters in Valencia, who joins the reference TBX005 of this Valencian label with a cut reminiscent of eighties electro-pop.

In addition, we can find an edit by one of the members of theBasement Soundsystem, Whatever Charles based on a classic Nigerian Disc, called ‘Ore Mi’.

Finally and to close this VVAA, you can listen to Parissior, alias of Jesu Aparicio, a producer dedicated to funk, disco and electro sounds with ‘So What We Do Now’.

Here are all the fresh vibes you need to combat the heatwave that comes over the summer, enjoy the ride below !
