After many versions through the years, it’s now the German Disco House producer Purple Disco Machine who remixed the Fatboy Slim’s stone-cold classic ‘Praise You’, 20 years later; the original’s release was on Skint Records. Now exclusively licensed to Defected, Tino Piontek delivers an efficient Nu-Disco twist on the modern anthem. Bloopy synths, soul clap, looser percussion: it’s another successful re-work from the Disco’s main man of the moment, who follows a wonderful year 2018.
