Through releasing massive club records, playing festivals around the world, and fellow member of Pardon My French — a musical collective comprised of DJ Snake, Tchami, and Malaa — Mercer is no stranger to the House music scene. Born in the 80s, Mercer’s approach to producing and creating music is influenced by the Disco and House music he grew up with. Combining his inspirations of Funk on bangers like ‘Satisfy’ or ‘Monte Carlo’, Mercer brings now his signature Disco stylings to his deeply infectious remix of “Recognize” (featuring Toronto based Majid Jordan, who’s first global hit ‘Just Hold On We’re Going Home’ with Drake topped global charts).

The original version of “Recognize” appears on DJ Snake’s sophomore album Carte Blanche, a July release featuring guest spots from such superstar artists as Cardi B, Offset, J.
